Exercise Equipment

But it’s an intense four minutes…

It’s a workout regimen called Tabata interval training. A Japanese study on the exercise revealed shocking results…

Two groups of people were tested over six weeks. One group did four minutes of Tabata interval training five days a week. The second group did one hour of moderate-intensity exercises five days a week.

After six weeks, the Tabata group showed a greater increase in their cardiovascular and anaerobic capacities. They did so after just 120 minutes of total exercise time… versus the second group’s 1,800 total minutes.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Do 20 seconds of intense exercise.
  2. Rest for 10 seconds.
  3. Repeat eight times.

That’s it.
