Eating more chocolate can mean far better health…

From a recent U.K. study:

Compared with participants who did not eat chocolate every day, those who did were found to have reduced insulin resistance and improved liver enzyme levels. The effect was stronger the higher the chocolate consumption, the team reports.

“Reduced insulin resistance” means your chances of suffering heart disease and Type 2 diabetes go down.

Just remember, dark chocolate provides far more benefit than milk chocolate. It contains higher concentrations of cocoa (a powerful antioxidant). So don’t start that daily Snickers bar habit just yet…

(This is my favorite dark chocolate. It’s 86% cacao. You can often buy two bars for $5 at your local drug store… and one bar lasts two to four days.)
